Event-based or season-specific roles — a great way to get involved without a long-term commitment.

Social Media Coordinator
Partner with our Director of Communications to run Stonewall's social media, support the Sponsorship Coordinator with sponsor tier deliverables, and share engagement feedback with the board.
2–4 hrs/week · Mostly remote (some event travel)

Sponsorships Coordinator
Work with the Outreach Director and Communications team to fulfill sponsorship package deliverables — drafting and proofreading comms, coordinating program timing with Sports Ops, and supporting event announcements and promotional campaigns.
8–10 hrs/month · Remote

Community Representative
Represent your community — NBTW, QBIPOC, seniors, disabled folks, veterans, and more — on our DEI committee. Lead community-focused activities, gather and report member feedback, request accommodations, and connect Stonewall with local LGBTQ+ organizations.
8–12 hrs/month · SLC preferred, remote possible

Kickball Director
Plan, set up, and run Stonewall's Kickball season — coordinate venue and equipment needs with the Operations Director, train players and referees, run game-day announcements, and grow turnout season after season.
