Build your cardio, gain strength, and refine your boxing skills in 45-minute high-intensity boxing classes in Salt Lake City. This is a 4-week boxing and fitness course through Brickyard Boxing, offered at a discount for Stonewall members — $69 + $2.50 fee covers all four Saturday sessions in June.

Do I need boxing
experience?
No. This class is designed for all fitness and experience levels. Brickyard's
instructors are technique-focused and beginner-friendly — you'll be in good hands from day one.
What does the $69 cover?
Your $69 registration (+ $2.50 processing fee) covers all four Saturday sessions in June. You pay once, you're in for the full series.
What should I bring or
wear?
Wear athletic clothing you can move in. Hand wraps are recommended, Brickyard
can advise on what to bring when you arrive for your first session.
